The Doctors
Dr. Drew Casey is a native of Columbus, Ohio where he attended the University of Akron. He majored in biology before returning home to attend Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Casey spent 3 months in Rio Rancho , New Mexico as an intern before completing his education at the Salt Lake City VA system / Moran Eye Center with a focus in ocular disease
and specialty contacts. While escaping the midwest's weather patterns were a driving factor, Dr.Casey felt a calling to settle down in New Mexico as 32 of 33 counties, including
Bernalillo County, are underserved by optometrists who specialize in medical diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Casey is a full scope optometrist with specialties ranging from routine
vision correction to managing and treating complex medical conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and more!
Dr. Dustin Dawson is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky. Following his graduation from high school, Dr. Dawson joined the United States Navy and served as a Hospital Corpsman (medic) which ultimately led to his passion for eye care. Dr. Dawson obtained his bachelor degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL then subsequently completed his Doctorate in Optometry and Master of Vision Science degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Dawson has a passion for serving our state and community. Aside from primary vision care, Dr. Dawson has a passion for medical eye care, binocular vision, and specialty contact lens fittings.
